Hello, I'm Adrianna!

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

I’m honored you stopped by! Have you ever felt anxious? Experienced trauma? Lost someone or something you loved? Felt like you just aren’t “enough”? Or simply couldn’t figure out why you can’t seem to change how you think, feel, or act, even though it’s taking a toll on your relationships? If you’re like most people, you may be yelling “YES, THAT’S ME!” as you answer one or more of these questions.

I’m here with you.

Although therapy may be tough, I can guarantee it will be one of the most rewarding processes should you decide to engage. It can be unsettling to even think about allowing a complete stranger into the deepest parts of your inner world. I promise to never judge or create an unsafe space for you.

This space is solely yours.

I begin with asking “what happened to you?” instead of “what’s wrong with you?”. I aim to process in a way that’s tailored to who you are and what you’ve gone through. I am a firm believer that a strong therapeutic relationship and constant feedback (two-sided) are hallmarks of a beneficial growth process. Cultural competence and humility are at the forefront of my practice no matter who I am working with. I honor each individual and experience as being significant and unique. I appreciate the differences in men and women. For men, I understand society has set out rules for what it means to “be a man”. I seek to break down harmful stereotypes and expectations so that you can fully embrace your emotions, be vulnerable, and experience deep healing. My sweet spot is working together with folks who have experienced grief or loss, anxiety, trauma, and struggle with self-esteem. I believe in looking at your life holistically and collaboratively, specifically focusing on the connections between your mind, body, and emotions, and I take an attachment-based approach to help normalize and heal the parts of you that may be scarred from

things outside of your control.

I’m excited to learn more about you, and I understand you may have questions about me. I have been working in helping fields since 2008, and have experience working with women, children, families, college students, people with terminal illnesses and disabilities, interpersonal violence survivors, people with substance use disorders, veterans, active duty military, and folks with a wide range of mental health challenges. I am a Board Certified Diplomate in Social Work (BCD) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am also trained/certified in various methods of therapy. I prefer to mix in some sugar, spice, and everything nice to develop a treatment process just for you!

While I’m here to take steps alongside you (and give you a little push if need be) I believe that you have everything you need inside of you to live the life you desire and deserve. I believe in you, and I hope to earn your trust. We didn’t get here overnight, but we can trust the process. I’m as committed as you are to your healing.

I look forward to journeying together with you. Let’s take your power back!

Insurance and Fees

My standard rate is $150 per session. The only insurance I accept is out-of-network insurance benefits. If you have insurance I can offer you a special receipt to give your insurer to reimburse you. If you have any questions, please e-mail me at: adrianna@brightcareok.com, or contact me by phone at: (405)673-4043.
