I believe inside each person is a complex combination of strengths, weaknesses, experiences, and aspirations and this all makes them beautifully human. So I seek to embrace the uniqueness and imperfections of every individual. It’s a helpful process to focus on the importance of becoming the best version of yourself, rather than striving for perfection.

Therapy will be a collaborative effort with us working together to explore challenges, identify strengths, and set meaningful goals to promote personal growth and well-being. My counseling approach is rooted in integrating a range of therapeutic modalities suited to meet each client’s unique needs. These modalities include cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy. Through these methods, I aim to empower clients to gain insight, build resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and make positive changes in their lives.

It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients on their unique journeys. I have experience working with children and adolescents in a variety of settings, including schools, mental health facilities, juvenile detention centers, and group homes. I have worked with people who are struggling with a range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral problems, and family conflict. I am honored to provide guidance, support, and encouragement as we work together toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
