Master's Level Counseling Intern

If you are struggling, I hope you know that you are not alone. You deserve to be heard, understood, and supported as you navigate the challenges that impact your life. My role is to support you in your journey toward positive change and empower you to access the strength that is already within you. Whether you are battling anxiety or depression, experiencing relationship issues, or facing difficult life transitions, this is a space where you can expect to be met exactly where you are.

My approach to counseling draws from a combination of perspectives, and sessions are tailored to your unique needs and goals. I incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which challenges thinking patterns and builds problem-solving skills. I integrate principles of Person-Centered Therapy, meaning you are encouraged to take the lead because you are the expert in your own life. In our sessions, you will develop healthy coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and gain a greater sense of control over your thoughts and actions. We will work together to establish goals and take steps at your own pace to get you closer to where you want to be. Change can be challenging, and maybe you’re unsure of where to start. If you are ready to take the first step, or if you are continuing your counseling journey, it would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you take steps toward healing.
