If you are considering counseling, I want you to know this: you deserve to be heard, supported, and met with compassion exactly where you are. As a dedicated counselor, my approach centers around truly listening—because I believe you are the expert of your own life. My role is to help you uncover the tools, insights, and strengths already within you, while offering guidance and support along the way.

My decision to become a counselor comes from a compassion for helping people feel understood and supported. Driven by a deep curiosity about the human experience, I intend to receive my doctorate in psychology and continually grow and provide the highest level of care. I understand how overwhelming it can be to take that first step toward healing, especially when mental health still carries so much stigma. Because of this, I work hard to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and never judged.

I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a powerful and research-backed method that helps identify and reshape thinking and action patterns possibly holding you back. I have seen how CBT empowers clients to take meaningful steps toward healing—building practical, lasting change in their daily lives.

Every person’s story is unique, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as you share yours.
