My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the very first session. Counseling with me is about you – your experiences, your goals, and what matters to you. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in creating a safe setting where growth can happen naturally.
In our sessions, we will work together to build clarity, strengthen coping skills, and support emotional and personal healing at a pace that feels right for you.

My standard rate is $50 per session. As a graduate student, I am unable to file with insurance at this time.
