That means we’ll focus on your strengths, explore what gives your life meaning, and work collaboratively to create goals that move you toward healing and growth. As we work toward those goals, we’ll pay attention to how stress, emotions, and life experiences affect your body. I often use practices that help you become more aware of this mind-body connection.
