I started on the path to become a counselor because of my passion to help individuals, couples and families create lives they are happy with. I believe counseling is helpful as a way to untangle past experiences, build new ways to understand your world, and set the stage for the future you desire.

I work with individuals and couples who are struggling with adjustment disorders, relationship trauma, anxiety, communication issues, and familial issues. We do our best to pack away our hurts in a way allowing us to continue functioning.

My goal is to work with you to process your experiences in a way that helps you understand yourself better. This is how we move from functioning, to thriving. I see teens and adults and serve individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of issues. I am especially interested in helping those overcoming life transitions and adjustment difficulties, anxiety, and trauma related to relationships.

Education Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) – State of Oklahoma Masters of Social Work University of Oklahoma, 2019 Professional Disclosure I am currently a licensed professional under supervision for clinical licensure in social work under the Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers. Insurance and Fees My standard rate is $105 per session and my intake session rate is $155. I also accept Medicaid insurance (aka “Soonercare”). Regarding all other insurers, as a licensed professional under supervision, I am not able to file with private insurance companies at this time.
