I believe that everyone deserves a safe place to process life’s challenges and find clarity during difficult seasons. My journey into counseling began while working as an attorney. During the pandemic, I worked primarily in the nonprofit sector handling family law and domestic violence cases. In those moments, I often saw how deeply emotional and relational struggles impact individuals and families.

Through that experience, I realized many people needed more than legal support. They needed a place to feel heard, understood, and supported through the healing process. That realization led me to pursue counseling. My background in law has given me a unique perspective on conflict, stress, and family dynamics, and I bring that understanding into the counseling space with empathy and care.

When you work with me, my goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable being open about your experiences and where we can work together toward healing, clarity, and healthier relationships.

Insurance and Fees
My standard rate is $50 per session. As a graduate student, I am unable to file with insurance at this time.
