Hi, I'm Brandon!

Life can often feel chaotic and confusing. This is because one minute everything is going great and the next minute you are sitting sideways in a ditch wondering how you got there. While everyone experiences chaos at some point, it is easy to feel alone and unable to escape. When we feel this way, it is often helpful to talk to someone willing to face the chaos and confusion alongside us. If you are reading this, it means you have decided that you need help. Whether you’ve had therapy before or you’ve tried talking to a friend or a pastor instead, I understand you may be wondering how this time could be different. I will challenge you to consider the best version of yourself and hold onto that vision. I will also encourage you to continue hoping for what can be different and working towards what you only before imagined.

I strive to create a safe environment. With evidence-based approaches including narrative, solution-focused, and strategic therapy models we can emphasize what you want and the changes needed to get it. I also believe that spirituality is a vital part of each person’s life. If you want spiritual integration in therapy, I appreciate how it is often helpful to understand current situations in the context of your core beliefs. Nonetheless, you are the guide and spirituality does not have to be addressed in therapy.

I have experience working with couples, relationship issues, sexual issues, trauma and depression, life transitions, and addictions. Getting to the best version of you is hard work. But staying where you are might be more difficult. If you are looking for someone to walk alongside you in this chapter, I would be honored to journey with you.

Professional Disclosure
I am working toward licensure in marital and family therapy under the Oklahoma State Board of Behavioral Health.

Insurance and Fees
My standard rate is $105 per session and my intake session rate is $155. I also accept Medicaid insurance (aka “Soonercare”). Regarding all other insurers, as a candidate for licensure I am not able to file with private insurance companies at this time.
