Hi, I'm Craig!

Craig Ellis

Master's Level Counseling Intern

I am a counseling intern who enjoys working with teens, young adults, and couples as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward personal growth. I believe that everyone deserves a safe space where they feel heard, respected, and supported while exploring the experiences that shape their lives. In that space, I support clients as they work through concerns such as anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional stress while developing greater self-awareness and confidence.

I primarily use a person-centered approach, which means I focus on building a genuine, empathetic, and non-judgmental relationship with each client. Meaningful change often begins when individuals feel understood and accepted.

In our sessions, we will work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences while identifying your strengths and the goals that matter most to you. You can expect a supportive and collaborative environment where you are encouraged to speak openly and move at your own pace.

If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for support, I would be honored to walk alongside you in your counseling journey.
