Let me take this time to congratulate you for taking this first step towards self-care. Now that you’re here, I want you to know one of my goals is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to feel comfortable and validated during this experience.

Though things may seem hard now, we can work together to find alternative solutions that are centered around your beliefs, culture, and identity. I believe you are stronger than you know, and sometimes we just need others to help remind us of that fact.

I’m passionate about working with teens and tweens, nonetheless, I am open to providing service to all ages and families experiencing issues with self-esteem, life changes, anxiety, depression, and suicidal Ideations. I will never try and fix you, but I will try and help you cope with the challenges you are facing. I look forward to working with you.
