As someone who is passionate about mental health, I work to educate and empower those who come to me for help. I have worked with people of all ages and with those who have suffered loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, and anger issues.

In counseling, I use biblical principles as well as effective and proven therapeutic techniques. I believe that we are made up of body, mind, and spirit and as such, when one is not working well, the other parts of us suffer. Because of this, I take a holistic approach to counseling to address all areas.

Insurance and Fees
