Hi, I am so glad you are here. As a graduate student in Marriage and Family Therapy, I want to first honor the step you are taking in exploring therapy. Beginning this journey takes courage, and I am grateful for the opportunity to support you as you navigate life’s challenges. Whether you are seeing personal growth, relational healing, or support through a difficult season, therapy can be powerful space for clarity, hope, and change.

In my studies have been drawn to both Solution- Focused Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). This is because I believe in the importance of identifying and building on your strengths, while also creating space to explore and process the deeper emotional patterns influencing your relationships. My goal is to offer a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward the life and connections you desire.
