There are many distressing circumstances that happen in life, and I believe therapy is a powerful tool that can help people make meaning out of difficult experiences. I hope to help you find a sense of purpose and direction amidst struggles. I want to create a safe environment for you to explore emotions and learn more about how to enhance your personal growth. It is important to me that as you experience growth. I can provide you with the opportunity to be known and accepted wherever you are at in your life and mindset.

I approach therapy integrating Experiential, Narrative, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Focusing on areas of identifying thought patterns, insight, and uncovering repressed emotions helps provide a vehicle for change from where you are to where you want to be. Once emotions have been identified, I see the importance of making meaning of those experiences. By helping you find meaning, I aim to empower you to take control of your life and move forward with confidence and clarity. I find a genuine and collaborative process between us is valuable in this therapy journey. I have a faith-based worldview and would be open to including this in treatment based on your personal preference.

I work with clients of all ages and have experience working with children of various ages. I also really enjoy being able to work with teens. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), as well as Prepare/Enrich for relationships. I enjoy helping in many areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, and relational issues for families and couples. My standard rate is $50 per session. As a graduate student I am unable to file with insurance at this time.
