Do you feel that sometimes you are walking around with concrete shoes on your feet? Do you often feel there are times you are misunderstood or alone in what you’re going through? I understand life can feel so heavy and hopeless if we try to do it alone. I became a therapist to provide a safe space for people to unload and find freedom in their lives.

I approach talk therapy using a variety of techniques that are individual to each client ranging from solution-focused to exposure therapy. I offer faith-based counseling upon request and work with ages 21 and older. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), trauma-informed care, Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS), and prolonged exposure therapy. I also have extensive experience working with couples and first responders. I appreciate helping people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) or experiencing grief and loss, and I’m passionate about healing connections or helping in a variety of relational concerns including sexual trauma, sexual addictions, or seeking intimacy training.

It is my mission as a therapist to provide a space where people can feel valued and supported as they work toward their desired changes and goals. I am intentional about joining with my client to identify your personal goals from a strengths-based perspective. This means throughout our sessions together we can identify your strengths and how they help you become your best self.

I view each of my clients as the expert of their own life and I will work alongside you to constantly evaluate and design the best path to follow. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space so that clients can leave our meetings full of hope and ready to take on the future.

Professional Disclosure
I am currently a licensed professional under supervision for clinical licensure in social work under the Oklahoma State Board of Licensed Social Workers.

Insurance and Fees
My standard rate is $105 per session and my intake session rate is $155. I also accept Medicaid insurance (aka “Soonercare”).
Regarding all other insurers, as a licensed professional under supervision, I am not able to file with private insurance companies at this time.
