If you have been to therapy before and left doubting if there is a solution for you, hope is not lost; there is a therapist who can help. Each clinician has different viewpoints, methods, and ways of interacting they bring to the table, so trying again is not pointless. Finding this therapist can be a journey and might seem overwhelming, but I encourage you to push through! When you meet your therapy match, the results can be amazing! I hope to provide this partnership for you but know that my ultimate goal is your progress and healing, even if that is with someone else.
My lifelong passion for people and psychology has led me to a career in therapy. I have found that in facing life’s curveballs, sometimes the most helpful tool to process is having an outside perspective. I aim to provide this outlook in a way that puts your worldview at the forefront of our relationship. You are the expert of your life. My role is not to order you around or act as if I know best, but to provide you with new ideas that can help you to reach your goals.
In session, I use cognitive behavioral approaches, solution-focused techniques, and family therapy theories. I combine these therapeutic methods with a faith-based, non-judgmental, relationship-oriented style. You can expect that after each session with me, you will walk closer to concrete resolutions in your life. I am ready to go deep with clients of any age experiencing any issue, so come prepared to build a partnership and work toward the results you want.

Insurance and Fees
My standard rate is $50 per session. As a graduate student, I am unable to file with insurance at this time.
