I think we can all agree that starting something new, or even continuing with where we may have left off, can be quite challenging at times. Change is scary, can be unfamiliar, and sometimes extremely hard to adapt to. So, allow me to take a moment to encourage you by providing a safe space for you to take the first step.

I am committed to providing you support through life’s hardships. Working alongside you, I tailor the therapeutic process to your unique needs as the client. During our time working together, different models may be used to help you move toward effectively reaching your goals. Some of the approaches I use incorporate Experiential and Emotionally Focused strategies.  We will work through relational hurts and attachments, emotional responses, and deal with more than just problem relief and change, to also focus on healing and growth.

I have experience working with Preteens to Older Adults, couples, and families who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment issues or transitions, mental crises, relational conflict and issues, loss, and self-acceptance. Also, I hope to empower you when navigating challenges, support you in building stronger connections, and achieving your therapeutic goals.
